PURCHASE POLICY

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

– The product must necessarily be accompanied by the invoice. Not responsible for products returned without an invoice. If the invoice has been lost, we ask the customer to contact us by e-mail, before packing the product to send a duplicate invoice in time to be included in the packaging of the returned product.
And the product according to the above conditions, the customer must contact us via e-mail, requesting the withdrawal of the product at the delivery address.
We will require the collection and will contact you via e-mail within three business days from receipt of the product at our address.
In case of approval the exchange or return by default, we will send a new product the same as it was returned without extra costs for shipping, or we will refund the amount paid by the customer relating to the original purchase, the same form of payment, according to the conditions set by partner companies.
If there is no product like it available in stock, we will contact you via email to present alternatives, like other similar products or refund the amount paid.
If the exchange or return is not approved by finding the absence of defect or product received outside of the above conditions, we will send the original product back to the customer.
